Prescription Access Program

Links low-income, uninsured adults and children with free or low low-cost prescription medication programs offered by more than 300 pharmaceutical companies.  The program also helps clients get medical supply items like eye glasses, CPAPs, and nebulizers.

Eligibility

Eligibility: household income up 400% of FPL, depending on the medication; and legal status may be required for certain medications.

Referral process

Worker or client can contact the staff contact person directly for intake and information.
