For many years, Northern Virginia Family Services (NVFS) has been honored to recognize outstanding employers through the CARE Awards. The program celebrated organizations that demonstrate a strong commitment to supporting working families through innovative workplace policies and practices.

After careful consideration, NVFS made the decision to conclude the CARE Awards program in 2025.

We are deeply grateful to the many employers, committee members, and community partners who contributed to the success of the CARE Awards over the years. Together, this community helped highlight the importance of family-supportive workplaces across our region.

NVFS remains committed to strengthening families and building thriving communities throughout Northern Virginia, and we thank all who have been part of the CARE Awards for their partnership and leadership.
