Early Head Start (Home-Visiting Services)
An early childhood program for low-income families promoting mental, physical, & social development through individualized developmental learning activities. Emphasis is to teach parents to be their child’s “1st teacher” and use the home as their “1st classroom”. Significant promotion and engagement leading to family self sufficiency as well.
