Healthy Families

Voluntary home-visiting program that provides support to expectant or new parents. Promotes positive parenting skills, improves child health & development, & prevents child abuse/neglect.

Eligibility

Pregnant women, or children birth to 3 or 4 years old. Child enrollment must occur before 3 months of age.

Referral process

Worker or client can contact program directly for information and intake. Client may also be referred by other social service or community agency.
