Help feed your neighbors this fall and winter with our Fall Food Drive

Presented by AWS

Every fall, our community comes together to stock the shelves of our Hunger Resource Center for the busy holiday season, so families can access fresh produce, pantry staples, proteins, and gift cards.

      2. Organize a food drive

      Start a movement!

Rally your workplace, school, faith community, or neighborhood to do something truly meaningful for your neighbors.

We'll share the Food Drive Toolkit here soon to get started. It will have resources, templates, and tips to help you launch your food drive.

Email us for assistance or to let us know about your campaign. We’d love to hear from you.

      3. Donate online

Looking for a way to donate food online?

Looking for a way to donate food online? Give virtually through GiveHealthy.com to donate the food items most needed by our community. It’s a simple way to help provide nourishing groceries to HRC clients, even from afar.

Can't make it happen in person?

Can't make it in person? A financial gift lets us purchase exactly what's most needed — including grocery store gift cards provided to HRC clients before the holidays.

Prefer to give a check or a grocery store gift card?

Make checks payable to "NVFS," note "Fall Food Drive" in the memo, and mail to:

      Northern Virginia Family Services
      ATTN: Finance
3110 Fairview Park Drive, Suite 500
      Falls Church, VA 22042

Grocery Store Gift Cards are a top need. We suggest an amount of $25 to Giant, Walmart, Safeway, or Target. Mail to:

        ATTN: Development
3110 Fairview Park Drive, Suite 500
