Before Ilshat found NVFS’ Training Futures program, he was working two jobs just to make ends meet. He was searching for a way to streamline his career, deepen his knowledge of U.S. business culture, and sharpen his English language skills — but he wasn’t sure where to turn.
Training Futures gave him the answer.
From the moment he enrolled, Ilshat immersed himself in learning. The program helped him overcome language barriers, build confidence in his professional and computer skills, and gain the tools he needed to compete in the U.S. job market. Within months, he landed a full-time position with real growth potential.
“Training Futures enabled me to have a life-long career, enjoy and support myself and my family, and help others who — like me — were struggling to survive,” Ilshat shares.
Today, Ilshat works at Booz Allen Hamilton as a Records Information Management Consultant — a position he has held for nine years. He purchased his own car, built a stable life for his family, and became a passionate ambassador for the program that changed his trajectory.
He referred a friend to Training Futures. That friend became much more than a referral.
“I referred my friend to Training Futures, and we kept in touch. We fell in love, got married, and have a baby,” Ilshat shared with a smile.
