A safe space for parents at every stage of caregiving.

Raising children is one of the most important — and most challenging — things a person can do. Our Family Programs help parents and caregivers build home environments where children and teens feel safe, heard, and respected.

We offer evidence-based one-to-one coaching, group series and workshops for families with children from 0-18. Whether you’re a first-time parent or navigating the tween and teen years, we have a program designed for where you are right now.

Strengthening Families

Family coaching

(Ages 0–18 | Year-round | Virtual)

For families who want flexible, personalized support. Over 12 weeks, parents and caregivers work one-on-one with a coach to identify goals and build a tailored family plan.

  • Duration: 12 weeks, once per week, 1.5-hour sessions
  • Available in English and Spanish
  • Offered year-round

Circle of Security

(Ages 0–5 | 8 weeks | Virtual & In-person)

For parents and caregivers of young children. This group program helps you understand your child's needs and behaviors to respond in healthier ways and build more secure relationships.

  • Duration: 8 weeks, once per week, 1-hour sessions
  • Available in English and Spanish

Strengthening Families

(Ages 10–14 | 8 weeks | Virtual & In-person)

For parents and their middle schoolers. This interactive series helps families navigate the tween years: puberty, peer pressure, communication, and connection. Parents and kids attend sessions side by side.

  • Duration: 8 weeks, once per week, 2-hour sessions
  • Available in English and Spanish
  • Note: Virtual participants need access to at least 2 devices

Parent Workshops

Every quarter we offer a rotating series of workshops on topics like managing stress, positive discipline, independence and boundaries, and smooth transitions.

Sessions are virtual, free, and open to caregivers of children of any age.

Case workers and service providers can refer clients directly. Parents are also welcome to self-refer.
