Community Health Equity
NVFS is one of the largest local providers of health care access.
Community Health Equity provides access to health services and health coverage options for clients who experience low income and have no or insufficient health insurance, particularly supporting access to preventative and ongoing services/benefits.
Pediatric Primary Care Project provides access to a medical home for children in the Prince William area.
Health Insurance Enrollment helps clients from the Prince William area choose available benefits, understand insurance coverage, and register for health plans.
Medicaid Application Assistance helps clients from Prince William County complete a new, or renewal, Medicaid application.
Prescription Medication Access links low-income, uninsured adults and children with free or low-cost prescription medication programs. The program also helps clients get medical supplies like eyeglasses, CPAPs, and nebulizers.
