Campus Handy-person

The SERVE Campus in Manassas is recruiting a volunteer handy will tools and basic facilities and maintenance upkeep tasks to support the facility and operations team in keeping the three building and grounds of the SERVE Campus in good working order. Duties include changing air filters, replacing light bulbs, hanging pictures and bulletin boards, installing small fixtures, changing door-nobs, minor spackling and touch-up painting, cleaning gutters, watering plants, etc. A regular commitment is needed, but scheduling is flexible and can vary from week to week. No certifications necessary – experience doing ongoing home maintenance as a homeowner or for a homeowner is sufficient. Individuals with specialized maintenance skills are, of course, welcome too!
